Every Bonnet Classic is custom-built, letting you choose the components that best
reflect your cooking style. Your select components will be added to a single piece
of 3-mm thick stainless-steel titanium alloy that radiates heat to the entire top
surface. So you can warm plates and hold sauces directly from almost any point on
the suite. And since the heat is designed to move toward the center, heating output
is lowered to maintain a comfortable work area.
While there may be material differences between our Classic and
Modern suites, each gives you uncompromised quality and flexibility.
